Narratives of Sound: 21st Century Explorations into the Qualities of Sound

The Narratives of Sound concert brings together four disparate works by 21st century composers. While stylistically distinct, all works connect to the others via each composer’s exploration of an individual element of sound, and within each work, the chosen parameter of sound develops across the work, creating a distinct narrative that revolves around that sound and binds each work into a cohesive whole.
